I am currently an early-career Principal Investigator (PI) and Senior Research Scientist at Centre for Frontier AI Research (CFAR), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) Singapore. I completed my Ph.D. degree in Computer Science in Mar 2020 from University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia, under the supervision of Prof. Ivor Tsang.
My research interests include (Non)parametric Clustering, Generative AI, AI for Science & Healthcare.
- Pluralistic alignment of Large Language Models and Diffusion Models.
- RNA foundation model, RNA 3D structure predication and evaluation.
- Protein foundation model, protein design, antibody sequence structure co-design, AI agent, and AI powered next-gen enzyme engineering.
These opportunities are available year-round — feel free to reach out at any time for inquiries.
A*STAR scholarships: ACIS and ARIA for Singaporean / local university students; ARAP for international students.
For visiting students supported with non-A*STAR Scholarship/fundings (e.g., CSC program from China), we may offer additional top-up support for those who contribute to our projects.
